Q: Can you do dtf transfer sheets

Please note we have not tested other brands of transfer paper with the machine.     Great paper weight

    Worst printer I’ve ever had and the most money wasting purchase I’ve made in years. Severely regret it. It has never once printed a smooth sheet of paper. There are always lines and ink stains.

    Worst Printer I've ever used

    This is the worst printer I have ever had in my entire life. Ive had it since 2020, only print a few times a year, each time I try to print all the ink is gone. In between each printing i have to clean the nozzle. Been through so much ink and maybe printed 50 pieces of paper in 6 years. Each session of printing takes an hour or two to finally get a legible print.

    A Printer That Prints Blank Pages

    Just bought the ET-2800 printer (white) on August 16 and already have problems with it. Each time I try to print, the printer only prints blank pages. Instead of wasting more ink doing nozzle cleaning, print head cleaning and power cleanings, I am taking it back to the store I purchased it from. If they can't fix the problem, I will never purchase an Epson printer again. Since Windows 11 PCs don't come with CD drives anymore, you need to go to the Epson website and download the Drivers & Utilities. Another feature I don't like is there is an end of use date when the Ink pad needs servicing. The printer won't work which means you're forced to buy another printer if the ink pad is not serviced.

    Had much higher hopes for printer - reality was so/so

    I bought this several months ago and just set it up - It was a bit of a pain to set up - Need supersonic eyesight for one - to see tiny display. I have only done a few prints and one copy and find the copy to be faint. I actually thought I was done setting up but had to set up once on phone and once on computer. I have not tried scan feature. Directions are limited but I figured it out with help of yu-tube video. To my surprise the warranty expired in 2025 when I did not even own printer yet.

    Disappointed customer

    What a shame I bought this five years ago and it's been nothing but inconsistent. Sometimes it prints great, other times, prints like absolute dog doo. Printer head alignment and cleanings do nothing. Such a fall in quality from when I used to sell Espon back in 2006

    Worthless!

    Horrible experience. Setting up for the first time and I get an error message stating there may be foreign material inside the printer. I followed all the instruction, but the message continues (I’ve followed the instructions multiple times now) and nothing changes. Printer will not work. It’s worthless. I’d give it zero stars if that was a choice.

    Painless set-up

    I was concerned before setting this up, the replacement for my 7 year old EcoTank - I'm 76 and not as tech-savvy as I used to be. But it was seamless and painless. Installation instructions were clear, and it took under an hour.

    EPSON Scan 2

    I purchased the ET-2800 at the end of 2025 and found it challenging to make the wireless connection to my computer. After several attempts I finally got the connections for wireless printing but no scanning. Fst forward to May 2026 and with technical assistance from EPSON India, I stumbled through the proicess of downloading EPSON Scan 2 to enable scanning but with several steps added to enable scanning. All very trying.

    non stop issues

    This printer has give. me nothing but issues since month 3. Non stop paper jams, printing alignment issues, and always draws several pieces of paper instead of 1. I can’t even contact customer service easily. I guess I’m going back to HP.

    They could’ve at least wrapped the box in something. They just shipped the box as is with some target tape on it I mean come on. The corners of the box were damaged meaning it was clearly being tossed around. It could’ve been packaged in a another box at least. You can see what it is very clearly making it very unsafe and easy to steal.

    Great Prining, bad setup systems

    I bought this product on April 28th. The print quality is excellent. This is my 3rd Epsom product that I have bought. I have found Epsom online servicing to be excellent. One product failed in the past and Epsom sent me a new unit making 4 units I have had. Their quality is excellent which is why I purchased this unit. I miss the automatic feeder what my WF 2430 had for photocopying and scanning. Also my previous WF units had a very easy to use Scan app. The printing speed is very good. However I have found it difficult to use the printer as it keeps what to communicate with Epsom Connection. Also is was difficult to set up not as simple as the WF's I had previously. This unit is slow in copying and scanning and the Scanning app was difficult to set up and completely separate to the set up of the print and copy setup. The initial filling although done exactly as requested did overflow the unit a bit. Once needs to have paper towels handy so as not to mess up everywhere. Once filled the unit is excellent.

    Misleading marketing photos - Read Tray only

    I bought this printer, and all the marketing pictures are misleading. This is a read Tray charging only ! When I look at the specs, is it not immediately obvious. Only I saw a little logo 'rear tray charging' on the box, and it was too late.
