The printer cannot be used wireless. It does not connect to the wireless. When I did a connection with a USB between the computer and the printer, I asked for it to print it printed a blank page. As far as the ink is concerned, they advertise it like it last for three years well during the set up of the printer, it used half of each color so I only have half now so advertising that the ink can last for three years is extremely misleading. So obviously, I’m returning the printer to target in the next couple of days.

It was time to replace our old scanner/printer
Bought an Epson printer again..... to replace the Epson 725 printer that just couldn't print well ......... after 15 years :-). Do: Take your time to unpack and set up printer. Read instructions, then use your mobile to set things up... just go step at a time... it will make sense.... then set up to your laptop or whatever computer you use. Don't: Rush the process.... others reviews have complained about it.... relax. Do: use correct papers and load inks according to instructions. Hint: Turning off the printer over several days does not cause problems... I simply touch the power switch, let things get settled and connected, then print my photos or documents without issues.

Very Reliable
I've had ET-3710 for so many years I can't even remember how long. It has done everything that I needed printed with never a glitch of any kind. A friend of mine recommended it and I've thanked him often. When I had a cartridge printer it was very expensive and would run out of ink all the time. The tank feature of our ET-3710 is much better and reliable.

Poorly designed
First off, I don't like the screen and the buttons at all on this model. Why is the screen so small, it only measures about one inch by one inch. The buttons are not labeled with words but with instead with random symbols. The words PRINT or COPY or SCAN among others would be helpful written on the control panel. Who thought this design was a good idea? The buttons aren't back lit either, the only back lit button is the power button. The screen is so small that makes it hard to read and navigate controls. The less inexpensive Epson eco tank model that we used to have was designed much better than this model, I assumed the more expensive printer would be an upgrade. The way that the paper is fed into the top it is not a good design either, and the trays and their doors also seem very thin and cheaply made, that also goes for the scanner cover too. This printer is a disappointment, I truly expected better for the brand and price. I wouldn't recommend this printer.

My ancient Epson finally gave up and stopped working after many, many, many years. Hopefully this new Epson will give me the same level of service I had with the old one. The set up was pretty easy (even for a "non-techy" guy like me. Wireless connectivity has been excellent with no issues. Print clarity is stellar. Speed is more than adequate for a home office situation. All in all very pleased with the machine.

Old Reliable Replaced with a New Beauty
I had an ET-2750 for six years. It outperformed and outprinted all the other brands I tried, gave superb service and only started to show its age this year. It gave up the ghost this week after printing one last, perfect page just after I updated the drivers. I was so impressed with it that I bought an ET-2980 to replace it. I hope it works as well and lasts as long. The old Epson was the best printer I've had in this century. So far, this new one is performing as well as the old one did. Hey, it's only the first day.

Connectivity problems
It took almost a week for it to find its way to a computer it liked. Between a Samsung, iPad, and HP, it finally came up on the HP. We been using HP's for about a decade, but the straw that did it was the cost of the ink cartridges became more than a new printer. Outright license to steal! Love the ink bottles, and the cheaper cost of more ink!

I just received my new printer yesterday and am very impressed with the quality. I had a Canon printer for years and was sick and tired of spending so much on the ink cartridges. Finally - I made the plunge to purchase this new supertank printer. I'm so excited not to be restricted on how much printing I do. With my other printer I had to be careful about every single thing I printed because the ink ran out so quickly. This printer will literally pay for itself in a about a year and a half with the savings I'll have from not having to spend $110 on ink cartridges! It's about time someone came up with a great alternative to expensive cartridges. Thank you!

Bought the printer October 27, 2025. I'm 82 years old and had NO problem installing the Epson printer. Plus connecting it to WiFi, my desktop computer and my cell phone. Instructions were very easy to follow! Makes great copies!

Eco Tank Journey
Set up was fairly easy even though I do not have a wi-fi router. I wanted to use my cheap paper for the set up but the printer will not feed it through, it jammed every time. For me, this is a minor issue as I plan to use this printer for final copies rather than drafts. The feed worked fine with medium quality paper. I have only printed a few pages but so far the print quality is excellent. My only quibble with this printer is the wi-fi direct signal is weak so my laptop has to be in the same room as the printer to communicate. With my other Epson printer (7100 series) I can print from anywhere in the house. Overall, I am satisfied with this printer and do not regret the purchase.

This is my second Epsom Ecotank. My first one I owned and used for about 6 years and it would never die. The only reason I bought a new one so all my electronics in my home office were white. The Ecotank was by far the best printer I ever owned

Issues connecting to internet
Having major issues trying to connect to the internet. Everything passed but still cannot get it to connect. Tried yesterday for over two hours, will be calling support for help.

Great choice for a single feed printer
Just set up with the smart phone app with out problems. Multicolor and black print quality was better than the originals. No need to fear filling the ink tanks as they are well designed including the fill bottles.

Great All in one
I bought this printer yesterday(9/2/25), well actually I broke down & had to buy for school. I had the orignal version & needed to be fix. I have had that printer since 2020 & have yet to replace the ink. Even though it was getting there soon, but still. The new model is pretty cool as well, though. I like how the app has been upgraded with new feature like setup the printer from the app, etc. I would say that the only drawback I notice compared to the old one is it does uses more ink. I had to do a lot of updates/test runs(use stuff when setting up), my levels were completely full & now they are all down some. Not that much but noticeable. But besides that it prints great & fast too! The connection to my laptop well very simple. Epson once again doesn't lack when it comes resolution quality! For the price & compatibility other printers companies its a great home/office/college dorm printer. For last 15yrs or so I only buy/use Epson products b/c the quality & the clarity of photos, documents, cards etc is top tier to me! Even when I was in photography class, that was my college was using for everything & what really open my eyes to their products

Control panel screen much too SMALL!
Love the printer. Wireless connection was problematic but I persevered😁. The only complaint I have is the control panel on the front of the printer. I am a senior citizen and navigating the very small control panel was a challenge. A one inch screen just won’t cut it. It has to be the smallest control panel on any piece of computer equipment I have ever seen.
