The cartridges came open, it's not something professional or whose mistake? Now how will I know if it really works?

Horrible waste of time and money.
I would give this a half a star if I could. It works…sometimes. I bought this to replace an HP AIO that I had for FIFTEEN YEARS. This printer has been the biggest waste of my time and money. It constnstly fails to connect to my WiFi, and my phone, and the app claims that the printer does not have scanning capabilities despite the scanning bed. DO NOT BUY this.

Avoid at all costs
Absolutely not worth the headache. It literally takes me hours to print anything on this printer. It has constant connectivity issues. It resizes and cuts off images. The ink runs out quickly. The only pros are that you have a printer that might print and might scan, and it’s somewhat cheap. I absolutely hate this printer and would never recommend it to anyone. I am good at troubleshooting issues with my tech and have been able to do it with all of my other printers, but this one is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Don’t waste your money or time it won’t even connect to the laptop when it’s directly connected and you’ll never be able to print anyway I literally just threw it and broke it because I’m so tired of this thing that I spent money on for it not even to do its job.

i’ve never felt unbridled rage at an inanimate object before i bought this printer. nothing more than an oversized paperweight. it won’t print anything more than half of a single-page black and white form, and even that is after an hour of begging, praying, and yelling at it.

Avoid HP
Purchased two HP printers in five years. There junk. Avoid them at all costs. There customer service is from another country who you cannot understand. There service is sub par. Just my two cents.

Printer not up to what I expected.
I am 87 years old. The display screen is too dark, too small and not lit to see. A extra light reflects shadows making it even more impossible to see the controls. Print quality is okay. I expected this printer to be an automatic double sided printer but of course it isn't.

Good value .
I rate HP Printers as excellent. I have had one for the last 10 or so years and have recently bought another as I think that they are a good, simple design and work well for a reasonable price.

Absolute Trash
The product is a chore - if you are looking for something simple and easy, do not purchase! The customer service for this product is an absolute joke and extremely frustrating. If you can actually get through to a human being, get ready to listen to them SNORING between troubleshooting and taking 20min to get you a PIN number to document your case. I cannot emphasize enough how I would advise against purchasing this product!

You only can use ink they send and after 3 months even if there’s ink in the cartridges, the printer does not work. Went and bought more ink it still won’t work

Mixed opinions on this printer. Print quality looks good, but paper feed is poor. Right guide does't slide over far enough to guide letter sized prints.

Ink is barley visible
Had it for almost 6 months but used it less than 15x and it's already having problems. Paper gets stuck and when it does want to work the ink on the paper is barley visible while show the ink cartridges half full. Is there a fix for this?!

Printing JPEGS
Why do I need to print a color image from my phone instead of from my laptop? The color is a bit washed out.
