New Printer
HP made it simple to replace aged Printer & “ right size “ new printer. Got surprised that it didn’t have capacity ( ink& paper) of old unit, my bad! Should have read specs more diligently!

Great midrange printer
Great overall - This is my 2nd 8139 printer. Good quality print for both color and b/w. The cartridges do well with my 700-900 copies per month. I wish the paper tray was easier to open; it gets caught on the paper catch extension when opening but closing is fine. I also appreciate the Instant Ink service.

Great Printer .Let down somewhat by HP Ink Supply
The printer is very good . We have a small business and it operates well for the needs. The Texh team were also very helpful in sorting a few issues out . I have put 4 stars due to the let down by HP in supplying ink . This is the 2nd printer we have had with ink and the same old failure , which HP Just won’t listen to . They leave it far too late so send ink . So I had to go and buy ink as once again not sent in an appropriate manner . HP when will you learn .

A Good Printer for my needs
The directions to unpack and set up the printer were clear. There was a need to follow the directions closely and not rush any steps. The result was that I have a printer that works well and prints clearly.

My new HP printer combination-love at first sight
I don’t think you can regret getting any HP printer. They’re always very easy to install and it hooked up right away to my Wi-Fi. I got her going. I do enjoy my Printer. I’m an artist I watercolor and I copy lots of pictures that I have need to use to paint by. Thank you HP. I enjoy it.

New HP lap top user
Just the right size & weight for travel. Lighted keyboard is a big plus. Large keys- one of the best features. Easy to use.

Constant connectivity issues.
Oh the time you'll spend on connectivity issues with this series of printers. Bring a whole boat load of patience with you. You'll need it.

Slow and noisy
My officejet 8135e was well priced for the features it has, and I got 3 months of instant ink for free. Whenever I print something it seems to click and clank for quite a long time before it actually prints the page. Because it comes with virtually no instruction manual, I don't know whether this is a defect or a feature. Print quality is good.

It's just ok
I have printed a few pages with this new printer. It's ok, just not very professional looking. I replaced an older printer - flat scanner type - that printed better.

Subscription required
I refuse to enroll in another subscription which is required to even set this printer up. Its going back to Target to exchange for an Epson.

Print quality is good but AI based installation is a little time consuming
I got a new HP (ProBook) laptop and have two printers each on a different local network. My older printer just came up and ran on the new computer. This printer took some effort to install. I used the HP AI tool to guide me through the issues. It took about an hour which required a couple of cycles through the process to get it right. The AI tool changed the process slightly on each iteration, but it did succeed. After I got it installed its quality is as expected and has not exhibited any issues to date though scanning documents are a little more difficult on the new system. I have not tried photo copping as yet. I use medium resolution generally.

Ink consumption terrible
The printer does everything I need to do with it. Average Printer. One thing I don’t like and would not of purchased is it runs out of ink very quickly.
