For a delicious mix of sweet and savory, pick up Bruce's® Yams. These canned and cut sweet potatoes in syrup are a great base for a variety of side dishes. Add to a pan with sliced peaches, walnuts and a sprinkle of brown sugar for a side you can enjoy any time of year.

It's a tradition for me to make 'sweet potato' casserole (w - marshmallows) using canned yams, however I would love an organic option. I drain the syrup off the yams and add coconut palm sugar, and a bit of stevia to sweeten. If there was an organic alternative with a non toxic canning process (not lining the can with plastic), I would switch in a heartbeat. We're getting there... Consumers want better quality organic/non toxic food, and Target is obliging. Glad to see this!
