The (40-piece Medici dinnerware) set arrived in perfect condition, carefully packaged, with each set of items boxed separately and each piece within the smaller boxes spaced by a decently thick piece of cardboard in between. The set itself is extremely beautiful. The seller and customer images are true to what I received. I haven’t used them yet, and thus can’t attest to durability, but my first impression is that I’m very happy I decided to purchase this dinnerware.
