Decent cookies and cream flavor when making a shake, tastes better when you make it with milk but with water is decent as well. Making protein ice cream from it is pretty good too, just melts a little quicker.

I’ve tried other brands. The flavors in Syntha-6 are always enjoyable! Easy to blend. Top recommendation!!

Protein tastes great and mixes well in just water.

This was one of if not the best tasting protein I’ve had and I recommend it to at least 2 or 3 people. I like that it’s higher in calories than most other protein drinks because I find it hard to hit my calorie intake while also trying to keep a good balance of protein. The barrier to entry for any protein powder is pretty low, but this one is very easy to recommend to not only work out enthusiasts but also anyone trying to get a little more protein in their diet

This Syntha-6 Protein powder from BSN is fantastic! I usually like to start my day with a protein drink since I’m not much of a coffee drinker and what a pleasant surprise this one was. Honestly, I thought I was drinking a milkshake it was that good. The next morning I decided to put it in my blender with a couple of ice cubes, and I could have sworn I really was drinking a milkshake. Try it and see if you agree.

The strawberry flavor is much better than other brands. I use it regularly every morning to take with me to work. It seems to give me that extra boost early in the morning. I use it as a food supplement so it gives me the full stomach feeling.

I gave this product an 8/10 because I was just a little unsatisfied with the flavor. It was good, but could use a little work. The overall texture was great and very easy to mix. It had just the right amount of protein in it. If you are looking for a blueberry protein, this is def a decent choice,

I was sent BSN's Syntha-6 Whey Protein Powder in the flavor Cinnamon Toast Pastry to test out which came at the perfect time because I had just ran out of my plant based protein powder. I often find myself not eating enough protein to sustain muscle growth so this protein supplement has been a great tool at delivering significant protein content without having to consume excess calories. Although I was concerned due to the whey content I can confirm that it caused me no bloating. It mixes very well with water no gritty texture. Taste is great as well which will keep me using it consistently since that is usually a problem of mine when I don't love the taste.
