Good flavor
I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I really enjoyed this pre workout. It has a great flavor and mixes easily into my water. It comes with a scooper. That makes it easy to get the right measurement. It sweet but isnt overly sweet. It definitely gives me the boost I need for my workout and includes ingredients that are specifically designed for woman.

Excellent flavor
I received this product in exchange for an honest review, it has a mild watermelon flavor, not over powering. I did up my scoop to one and a half to feel a boost before weight lifting and cardio. There is no jittery feeling so that is a bonus.

I had received this product in exchange for my honest reviews, and i truly did really like it. I was worried about trying pre work outs again due to my issues with caffeine but this one does not have any of the negative effects and doesnt give you any crazy feelings! I truly do love it and the flavor isnt overwhelming!

Refreshing taste and Wonderful Health Benefits
I was hesitant to try it at first but I gradually upped the amount to take and so far so good. All I have seen is an improvement in my overall well being. I might take half the required amount some days than others, but the overall feeling I get from this product is ositive. Taste is not artificial as are many watermelong flavors to me. Putting this in an icy glass of water is just fine, but it also works with fruit smoothies. Delicious and helpful for y work out routine. I feel I'm much better off taking this than not. Make sure you don't take other supplements that have what this does and go overbord with the standard requirements you need, though.
