The only other vitamin C I could take without stomach upset had sugar in it! A no-go except in emergencies. This one works great, tastes OK, and I can easily control my dosage. No stomach issues!

A great choice for high purity which is particularly important when using larger doses of Vit. C. I prefer acid neutralized Vit. C and this provides Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium of for that purpose. Particularly good if you want more calcium in your diet. But make sure your vitamins D and K are high enough to prevent problems with excess Calcium.

I take a flat teaspoon in 4 ounces of water each morning. It fizzes a little, dissolves nicely in slightly warm water, hot water, or even cool water. I take Vitamin C an hour separate from other vitamins for the best absorption. If I’m starting to feel like a sore throat is coming on, I increase my intake of Vitamin C, and it goes away.

I'm not a big fan of the powder. This is the first powder I've purchased. Previously I was desulving the tablets and drinking them mixed with lemon juice. Like lemon aid. That I loved.
My favorite Vit. C for everyday use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Warning on lable: Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Used product once and stored away per instructions until needed. When opened (it was hard as a rock and I had to throw it away. Lable should read put into another air tight container or seal a meal bag.
