I used this product as instructed (on the website, the bottle, and on videos), and i did not like the way it made my hair feel. It has this odd sticky, waxy thing that made my hair difficult to rinse and brush (yes, I used the bond-building conditioner after, as instructed). My hair was just a matted, tangled mess. when i shampoo and condition without this product, my hair is fine and brushes fairly easily. Not sure what B&B is hoping to accomplish with this product, as my hair seems better off with just the bond building shampoo and conditioner combo. do not recommend and will not purchase again.

I saw the great ratings and thought we would try it. I utilized it twice and I cannot figure out why it just feels like it's making my hair feel like straw. I wasted a lot of money when I could have just gotten something else. I waited too long to return it.

Tried out when GWP available, dissapointed
The application is easy and it smells decent, but even using every other day or once a week exactly as the bottle instructs: in between shampoo+ conditioner my ends still get tangled. I have straight hair, without an irritant the rest of my hair is fine, but running fingers through my ends still feels rough and dehydrated. I've tried other simalar products with the same ingredients and had slightly better results.

Big fan
I used to use the thicker repair cream that was more of a conditioner consistency and loved it, I was mad I had to settle for this in store, and I actually like it better than the cream. The old product mightve lasted 3 uses if i stretched it, but i feel like I saturated my hair well enough and can see myself getting four uses out of this product.

I got this as a gift and legit my hair is so unbelievably soft and shiny. I have little damage on my ends from coloring that I'm trying to grow out, it helps with that and helps tame down that poofy fluffly feeling after washing your hair and getting it dry. The manageability of my hair now is so much easier. And the smell is awesome ✨

The Best for Getting Soft, Shiny Hair with No Tangles!
I love this product! It does what it says from the first use onward. I use it once a week because the results stay about half as much, which is good enough for me (though for a special occasion, I might use it that second time). I shampoo and rinse with B&B's seaweed shampoo first, then I squeeze this product onto my part. I then rub it into my whole head of hair on top of my head, which soaps up in a bit (a bit longer than shampoo takes), so it really doesn't take much product to use it even with long hair. Then, I rinse it out and use B&B's seaweed conditioner, shave my armpits, and then rinse the conditioner out (same routine used before getting this product). My hair is immediately soft after rinsing this product out, but I still want to use my conditioner. This product means no tangles or easy-to-free tangles when combing after drying off, plus my hair is super shiny and feels so super soft. The only thing I don't like is the smell of it as it has that strong hair salon smell even after using the great-smelling seaweed conditioner, but it does go away eventually, so I'll put up with it for the great results it gives my hair. I highly recommend it!

Works on multiple hair types
I don't normally leave reviews, but this product is really unique. My fiancée and I both have very different hair types—mine is thick, long, and has been lightened so is prone to dryness, while hers is fine, short, and prone to being weighed down by most products. This rinse managed to work wonders for both of us. I normally have to use a great deal of conditioner before I notice my hair beginning to soften and detangle, but using this rinse after shampooing my hair instantly began detangling and softening my hair. I used the tip to apply the product directly to my roots first, then used my hands to apply it to the rest of my hair. After rinsing the product out of my hair, it felt brand new! This product also didn't weigh down my fiancée's hair and she found it more voluminous after drying. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to renew and refresh their hair.
