At first I thought I wasted my money. I was hoping for volume at the crown. But I wore my medium length, fine hair straight and realized that it wasn't a stringy mess like it usually is when not curled. This was even on second day hair. I love the way my hair looks curled but it's time consuming. Now I can use my blow dry brush and flat iron it and it stays looking nice. It's a pricey product but it is nice to wear my hair down and straight and have it stay looking good all day.

I received this as a sample and tried it on my long straight fine hair.. my hair would break off and knot up constantly. I tried it and omg my hair was smooth manageable and tangle free. I do this once a week and my hair feels thick and is gorgeous…I have since bought the big tube of this. It's a keeper

I got this as a free sample with an Ulta purchase and it's hands down incredible! My hair was thicker, shiny and bouncy after use! It's expensive so I haven't been able to purchase it but would love to once I'm able to afford it!

Does it volumize and plump the hair? Yes. I used it on only one side of my hair, while keeping everything else the same, and there was absolutely a difference in volume. That being said, the effects didn't really last that long-less than a day. And I was hoping the added volume would help me go longer between washes, which hasn't been the case. All in all, I will definitely keep using until this bottle is done but I won't purchase again, as I'm pretty sure I can get similar results at a lower price point.
I would not buy this product again.

I tried a sample of this mask and immediately had to buy the full size. It really does feel like it plumps you strands. I have fine hair, but a lot of it and this made it look and feel thick and full. It smells good and doesn't flatten your hair. I use this after shampoo alone or after shampoo and conditioner for a little extra moisture! This is definitely a must buy

I have long hair down past my butt and it still gave my hair a good amount of lift and body. It is pretty darn pricey but already it works. It smells good and is easy to use. I'm going to try it again and curl my hair and see how it works with that.

Gentle product that smoothes and conditions without adding any weight. Gentle scent. East to apply and rinse out. The consistency is thick but still weightless. Easy to use tube packaging. I like this brand a lot and this conditioning product is DEFINITELY worth the cash.

Use this exactly as recommended. If you fail to rinse in cool water it will not work as well. I am older with very thinning, straight as board hair. This not only makes my hair thick enough to more easily cover thinking areas, it actually helps my hair hold curl for several days. Already on my second tube. Please never quit making this B&B.

It's a good product overall. I have interment wavey areas and this product fluffs everything out. I still need to flat iron to smooth down the stragglers. Don't know that I would recommend the product...more I would say it is worth a try.
