I love these water balloons for the quick fill up. They do pop very easily. You have to take them off the tube where they fill up in perfect timing because if they get too full they will pop. However, I would buy them again as the quick fill up makes it so much easily. You don’t even have to tie them. When you pull each off, they are tied and ready to go. My kids had a blast with these during a water balloon fight!

The balloons that actually filled were great. They did fill very quickly like the package said. But sometimes they don't pop when they hit people. Our biggest issue was 1/3 of the balloons didn't fill at all. It was the ones in the center that gave us a problem. I think the design should be improved so they all fill because it's a waste of plastic. For reference, we bought 5 different packs. So almost 200 out of 500 didn't fill. And all packs had the same problem.
