Best stuff for food allergy sufferers.
I have a ton of food allergies, and therefore do not eat a very balanced diet. This vitamin & mineral supplement makes up for all of the shortcomings in my (very restricted) diet. Blood tests by my doctor confirm that by adding this supplement, all my levels are now within normal range. Also, its one of the only supplements that on't trigger my allergies (gluten/dairy/legumes/eggs/more).

A Very Convenient Big Bang For The Dollar
I believe the VM 100 by Buried Treasure to be one of the "biggest bangs for the dollar" on the market for multiple vitamin and mineral supplements. It is also VERY convenient because I do not have take so many various supplements,as they are all in the VM 100

VM 100 is one of the best products on the market in terms of its quality and effectiveness. I'm a Nutritionist so I do my research. However, I'm very unhappy with the bottle. The base of it bulges so it does not stand properly. I'm in Jamaica and it's too difficult for me to return the bottles so I'm happy for the opportunity to voice my complaint.

Great product
This liquid vitamin tastes great and works well. We mix it with the orange flavored cod liver oil and it blends really well. I always had a problem with fish oil caps and this works great!

Better than pills
My fella has a hard time swallowing pills or capsules, so, I mix one ounce of this liquid with some orange juice every morning. His level of energy has doubled since I got him to take this and he has to take way less pills because it is 0ver 100% of the daily amount you need.

Great flavor !
I've been taking Buried Treasure for six months. I love the flavor ! and, it is a conveinet way to get your basic vitamins, since it is a liquid, it gets into the body faster. I take it in the morning before I run ! It provides a complete base to my training program.

Great combination of supplements-vitamins, minerals, antioxidants. Very easily absorbed by your body & easier on the stomach than most vitamins. One of my favorites products, been taking it for years...sometimes combine it with Buried Treasure Aller-ease.

I've been using this for a few weeks, instead of my usual multi, on the advice of a friend. The Swanson price is terrific, and this product is very convenient to use, but - unlike my friend - I don't feel any more energetic for using it.

Tall Order
My, this was a big bottle! I bought it because one of my boys can't swallow pills. So, I was looking for a good B-complex plus multivitamin plus essential minerals that we could all take. Didn't think I'd find it all in one product. But here it is, and it doesn't taste too bad either--maybe a bit like a crushed vitamin B tablet.

TASTE GREAT!
I began taking this six weeks ago. It really taste good, so I don't have to dilute it with a beverage. I am taking it in the A.M. and again before bed. I still take a good many Swanson vitamins, and have for years. But, I really felt a difference in my energy level. It seemed to help me to keep going through the day. I feel confident I'm getting the vitamins I need now. I'm 77 and feeling good.

Great Product !
This is by far the best liquid vitamin I have ever tried it doesnt upset my stomach like others have and the taste isnt bad at all...I can take it straight or mix it with my juice...I would highly recommend this product !
