Literally the worst wipes in the world, they don’t remove makeup they just push it around on your skin. Don’t waste your money on these.

I love that the ingredients are clean and I feel confident using these as a semi-crunchy mom. However, they are a bit dry IMO so I usually have to add some water by the end of the pack. They work pretty well and I will keep buying them since most all other facial wipes have questionable additives.

Effective for my sensitive skin
This is, for me, an effective facial cleanser at the end of the day. I have very sensitive skin, alas, but these towelettes have not once caused me any concern. (I have tried other Burt's Bees cleansing towelettes, but my skin was not always happy with them.) I tend toward oily skin and use minimal cosmetics, and these towelettes do the job.

Made My Skin Sting and Irritated
Does a terrible job at removing my mascara. Regular mascara, not waterproof. My skin stung and was slightly red after using one sheet across my face. No, I don't scrub harshly. And I feel like the sheets are not moist enough--they feel dry every quickly. Only got these because they were on sale, but I should've just gotten the Neutrogena wipes instead.

I’m really disappointed with this purchase. When I opened the package of Burt’s Bees makeup remover cleansing wipes, I noticed that many of the individual towelettes had small specks on them — different colors throughout the fabric. It didn’t look clean or consistent, and that immediately made me uncomfortable. Although the specks are small, it still feels unsanitary to see something like that on a product meant for your face. It honestly gave me a little bit of paranoia using them, because you start questioning what those particles are and whether the product was properly handled or inspected. These wipes are meant to be used on our faces, which is a very sensitive area, so quality control is extremely important. Seeing visible specks inside a sealed package raises concerns about manufacturing and cleanliness. I normally trust this brand, but this experience makes me question their quality control process. I hope they address this, because facial products need to meet a higher standard of safety and consistency.

My favorite face Cleansing Wipes
I have combination skin, T zone oil, and these are the facial wipes that are good enough to keep my skin well balanced and acne free. Thanks to these types. Wipes, I don't even need to follow the steps of using a cleanser, toner plus moisturizer. These wipes are great enough to be used alone.

Unpleasant smell
Like that these cleaned my face but my goodness they do not have a pleasant smell. I don’t know now to describe it but it doesn’t not smell like aloe vera or even clean. Probably will have to toss them out.
