Delicious
Cabot Vermont White Cheddar is delicious! It has the perfect amount of sharpness to it. The block size if perfect for cutting up into cubes for a cheese snack, charcuterie board, or shredding for topping a baked potato. The cheese is semi soft and cuts easily. This cheese is my favorite.
