I bought a five-pack. Every year I buy some and cross my fingers that I will actually get a few good ones. Well, I got 1. One had nice runny and smooth filling and was actually similar to what these used to ALL be like. The other 4...1 was only half-wrapped in foil, and the other three were all leakers and the filling inside was dense and dried out. Why is quality control so hard with these? Why do they all end up leaking all over the place? These used to be a childhood favorite, but I have been disappointed for at least the last ten years.

Just indulged in a Cadbury Egg left over from Easter a week ago. Not sure where some of the negative reviewers purchased their eggs but mine was as wonderful as ever. They’re best at room temperature and I have zero complaints.

I have literally been obsessed with Cadbury creme eggs since I was a small child, back when you could only find these around Easter time. I wasn't happy when the chocolate changed, but I was still a loyal enthusiast. I just snuck in the stash while making Easter baskets, and am completely devastated! I thought, maybe that one was just off or maybe had been stored wrong....so I are another from a different package. Nope! What a bummer! The chocolate was just okay, not that nice, creamy, roll around your tongue chocolate I was expecting. The creme was not creamy at all, more of a grainy texture and the sweetness was off. ..this just completely ruined my day! There are only a few sweet treats I really love, but another just dropped off of my list!

I’ve always had a weakness for Cadbury crème eggs. Every season I buy several, this year was no different. But it seems they are hit or miss. Eggs picked up from the same store at the same time can be great or a miss. They are grainy and solid without the gooey delicious creamy center.
