Scrambling Directions
Microwave
1. Shake and pour 1/3 cup into microwave-safe bowl.
2. Cover and microwave on HIGH 45 seconds. Stir gently; cover.
3. Microwave 20 to 30 seconds longer until set but slightly moist. If necessary, continue microwaving in 15-second intervals until desired doneness.
Skillet
1. Spray nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over MEDIUM heat.
2. Shake and pour desired amount into skillet. Cook without stirring until edges and bottom begin to set.
3. Lift cooked part and gently turn to scramble. Continue cooking until set.

LIES- has egg whites.
We have a child with an egg allergy in the house...specifically to the WHITES which is what most egg allergic people are allergic to. The first ingredients is egg whites so do not call this a replacement. I was told to buy this since you no longer carry "Just Egg" vegan product. This is completely misleading and fraudulent. Glad I read the back before serving, wish I had before buying instead trusting the employee and the title on the package.

This isn’t an egg substitute, it’s so misleading. I read the ingredients list beforehand hoping to find a generic replacement for just egg, but this is actually egg whites, not a substitution.
