Calico Critters Pony Friends Set

The picture shows the Pony Hairstylist set, but you actually receive the Pony Friends set. It is a really cute set but not as ordered or expected.

These look very safe and also they look sturdy and good quality. My kids have hours of fun playing with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My little girl loves these Calico Creatures and she also loves doing hair so these ponies with hair styling set was a huge hit for her. You can mix and match the accessories and there is even a cute little mirror.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ponies had nice hair that my daughter really liked. The issue she has was with the accessories that came with the ponies. When put the hair and in the hair the bow is hanging off so it doesn’t work the best. The clothes were fine and the ponies were cute. All-in-all good ponies with just accessories that need to be updated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8-year-old daughter has been enjoying playing with her Calico Critters pony friends set for the past few weeks. She loves that it comes with 2 ponies (Bella and Giselle) with long, soft hair that can be brushed, combed, styled and accessorized. They even have fuzzy tails! Each pony comes in a cute outfit that can be removed and switched if desired. This play set is fun because it comes with so many accessories for the ponies to try on and wear and then they can check themselves out in the floor mirror. Besides a comb and brush for hairstyling, this set also comes with 4 hair clips (2 pink and 2 blue) and 2 hair ties (1 pink and 1 blue). There is also a tiara, a necklace and 2 purses for dress up pretend play. All the accessories can be mixed and matched, and it’s easy to mix and match these accessories with other Calico Critters sets. I love that this set encourages little girls to use their imaginations as they come up with all sorts of stories and scenarios for Bella and Giselle and all their dress up and hairstyling accessories. I would definitely recommend this play set

They pair nicely with the pony salon they already have, but would make a wonderful addition to any Calico setting. The mirror works although it is not glass just to be clear. They are the standard adult size you would expect from Calico. Clothing is removable and can easily be swapped out. Comes with everything seen in the first picture but some of the accessories are AWOL for the third picture as they are small and my girls could not seem to find them just yet. All in all, they are very happy which in turn makes me very pleased.

It would be great if the set came with a nice little bag to keep all of the accessories in so they don’t get lost. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is crazy for these little Calico Critters! I bought these little ponies for her and she absolutely loves them. I must say that I think these little toys are really well made and I love how many accessories they come with. The horses themselves have a really nice feel to them and I love that the hair in their mane doesn’t fall out like some of the other cheap toys on the market.
