It requires a bit of assembly, but it’s simple and straightforward. The details are actually really impressive— there are raised floral designs on the ceiling which is just such a lovely detail. You twist the top and it moves up and down, automatically opening the little door at each floor. Plenty of space for kitchen, living room, and bedroom accessories for the triplet bunnies.

The rooster on top of the roof is how you get the elevator to go up and down, which is much better than having a handle sticking out the side. It's big to my daughter but doesn't take up much floor space.

I like the color pallets of the tower and the little critter that comes with the tower is super cute and super soft! The only thing I wish is that it would come with more furniture or decor because my toddler was a little disappointed that it didn't have much to use with it.
