Q: What is the polyphenol content?
A: The average content of polyphenols of our 100% California EVOO is ~ 253 mg/kg. It should be noted that while the levels of polyphenols stay relatively consistent, the exact numbers do fluctuate from year to year and over the lifetime of the oil. Other influential factors include climate, olive varietals and time the olives themselves were harvested and pressed during the harvest season.

A: Pricing in Target stores and on Target.com is set by Target, not by the manufacturer, and is subject to variation based on location.
