Q: is this good for sports
submitted by becky - 1 month ago
A: Hi becky, thanks for reaching out about Canon 24-70mm f/4L EF IS USM Lens. while the Canon 24-70mm f/4L IS USM is a very good general-purpose lens with some useful features for photography, it is generally not the first choice for serious sports photography due to its relatively slow aperture and limited telephoto reach. You might find it useful for certain situations or as a secondary lens, but a lens with a wider aperture and longer focal length will typically be better suited for capturing fast-paced action and isolating subjects in sports. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
