Q: how do you get the zipper open to refill? we were able to remove the metal ring, but the zipper still does not open.

A: Hello! - All Pillowfort Bean Bags are secured with a non-removable device in compliance with children’s product standards. If the Bean Bag chair has a 2nd cover that has a ‘disabled zipper’, that is to intended to prevent children from accidentally gaining access to the interior of the Bean Bag and potentially being exposed to suffocation. Under adult supervision the Zipper can be engaged by using a paperclip or other device thru the small hole in the Zipper head. - Tania

Dont buy!
How can you make a children’s product that can’t be washed? If you try to zip it open to wash the fabric cover you will find loose styrofoam beads. This is an overpriced piece of garbage. Would never recommend buying this bean bag!

do not buying this nightmare.
As I type this- I am patching up multiple holes for at least the 6th time in these bean bag chairs. I bought 2 and seams broke on both within 4 days. Styrofoam beads everywhere. I wanted to return them but Target wanted me to bring them to the store, and during a pandemic it wasn’t possible for me. So I patch and sew them constantly to justify how much i spent on them. Parents, dont be me, save yourself the headache and buy something different. I mean, they couldn’t handle a 6 year old .

We got 2 of these for our kids. Initially they looked great and firm but with a couple of weeks they completely lost its shape and became this jelly-like, shapeless thing. When they sit on it it deflated completely to the floor and there’s nothing that can be done to regain its shape or firmness. Terrible product don’t waste your money

Item looks great initially and my kids loved it. I purchased one for each kid. Within a week, it lost its shape and deflated. And within a month one had a huge tear. Extremely disappointing and poor quality.

So cute for my toddler!
I got this for my tall 21 month old and he LOVES it. It’s light enough for him to move around himself. It’s a little too big for him now, but I think it will fit him well for the next 2-3 years. The color is not a bright Kelly green as I expected, but a more subdued Kelly green. I love that it’s logo-free. It’s adorable! I got this instead of spending $100+ on other foam chairs that he’ll grow out of too fast. For what it is, I think it’s a great buy!
