    The shoe shown in the picture is not the shoe that you will receive

    This is now the second time that I have ordered these shoes and they arrive not looking like the picture. There are not supposed to be any strings at the front of the shoe. It’s very frustrating to wait a week for shipping and the wrong item has been sent twice.

    Crazy sizing!

    There was nothing in the description to let one know that the shoe runs at least a size smaller than the child’s street shoe size. I have to return my granddaughter’s shoes.

    horrible fit

    the first pair i purchased was too small, so i went up a size. the second pair is doesn't fit and the strap is in an odd spot making the shoes unwearable.
