It has potential

It’s ok. It has potential but I ordered the taupe… looks more dark grey than brownish . Also I am missing a box. Tracking says it was delivered but I only received 2 boxes. Now I have a half of a couch with no idea when the other half is going to arrive. The woman said I need to wait 2 days for the delivery to be processed in order to resubmit my claim and can’t promise when or if I’ll even receive my package. This isn’t ok especially for the price they’re charging. I’m considering just returning it and looking elsewhere.

Not at all as described

Not at all as described, first. It’s not off white, it’s straight butter yellow. Who orders a butter yellow couch, that was the first lie, second they said there was no springs and it was all solid wood. There’s no wood in the bottom it’s all springs , third the back of the couch is super low, the back cushions are thin and tiny. No support at all. And I want to say lastly but I doubt it. The cushions give no support when you sit on it. Just like a bed that gives no supports on the sides. This does the same thing the back is too high up while the front pushes straight down basically pushing you off the couch like a slide. It’s extremely irritating but the most frustrating is the color cause I wanted a white couch and in all the photos they looked white, so now I have to pay off a couch I hate and that lied about almost everything. I can wait till the couch breaks in and is more comfortable but the color is absolutely annoying. My mom and dad both are professional painters for over 30 years and butter yellow is not “off white” even in the slightest, and this couch is extremely long so the two seater is more than enough room for a single mom with two kids. Two kids can fit on one cushion unfortunately I got the three seater in a small living-room, the expensive white couch covers I bought for the couch are now too small and won’t fit

Definitely look at previous reviews. The back of the sofa is very thin and so are the pillows that sit on the back side. Nothing terrible, you could stuff them yourself if you wish. The seat cushions are VERY comfortable and all in all it’s a great sofa!

love this couch!

I am so happy with my purchase! I would've given it a 5 star because the couch is beautiful and it's not extremely hard to put together so I will lost the pros and cons. the pros are the couch material is beautiful it feels beautiful and it looks beautiful. it's comfortable for the most part but it's a little bit on the firmer side. It might take some time to break it in but I personally like a fluffy couch. 2 the couch and ottoman seems very durable. the Con putting it together are the instructions are a tad bit confusing but not super hard. The thing I hate about putting it together is the holes sometimes don't match up.with the couch so I found myself having to loosen it and put it together again. The couch back is also a bit thinner but not a big deal. my biggest pet peeve was with the shipping it came from two different places and I thought I needed more boxes because I was only provided with one tracking number. In the end everything came and it was all great very happy with my purchase!

Fantastic sectional for the price.

This couch was incredibly easy to assemble and is super comfortable and oversized. The modular design fits perfectly in our living room, and the chenille fabric is soft and pet-friendly. The included throw pillows add extra comfort, while the cushions have just the right firmness. It's spacious and stylish, making it perfect for lounging. My family and I can enjoy our time together wonderfully on this couch, and we absolutely love it!

Absolutely love my new sofa! It arrived in compact packaging but magically expanded into the most comfortable couch. The corduroy fabric is so soft and luxurious. Best part Zero assembly required - just unboxed and it was ready to use. Perfect for my small apartment!
