A: Hi,all pieces are connected by screws from sofa bottom.You will find the last picture show it how to connect.Ottoman does not have connectors.

Q: How long does it take for the cushion to get more fluffy since they were vacuumed sealed? I can feel the wood when I sit on it I just revived it couple days ago

A: Dear customer,thanks for purchasing our sofa! It takes over 7 days for the pillow to bounce back fully if you just let it decompress on its own after taking it out of the vacuum package. But if you pat it by your hands, it’ll be pretty much back to normal in around 3 days.

Dissapointed. It HAD potential
It could have potential if the cushion covers didn't look worn/used or damaged. I wanted to love this. It was a pretty color out of the box. I've been letting it inflate for 4 days and the lower cushions look awful! I was just trying to see if they would send me new covers but unfortunately return is the only option so? This has to be what ikea couches are like. Also delivery was promised by Tuesday, it didn't get here until the following Sunday. I contacted customer service and was basically told yep, it will be there Sunday which was not helpful at all.

Very easy to assemble. The ottoman does not attach to the couch to make it a true sectional but I don't mind that. The cushions on the back are kind of flat so you feel the hard back of the couch, I might add some more pillows to make it more comfortable but overall its a comfortable couch for the amount of money spent. The bottom cushions expanded nicely.
