[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using pampered chef stones for many years to do all my baking . The stones are heavy and I was looking for an alternative. After purchasing Caraway cookware I decided to try the baking sheets. After baking my first batch of cookies on the large sheet recently I was thrilled with the outcome. The cookies were baked evenly and came out perfect. I usually bake cookies five degrees lower than the recipe called for and this was the case using the Caraway baking sheets.

Love these baking sheets. Cooking and clean up is amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying to gradually switch to cleaner living. I buy mostly organic produce, switched to clean makeup, and now cookware. I purchase the Caraway Cookware set in the pretty green color several months ago. I noticed recently that my baking sheets were actually starting to rust due to my husband placing them in the dishwasher. I decided to buy the Caraway baking sheet set to see what they are like. They are of high quality but pretty heavy for me. I definitely need two hands to move them in and out of the oven! I also have to use parchment paper rather than foil for easy clean up, which is not a big deal. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the pretty green color, but the gray goes well with the pans. I would recommend them to anyone look for nontoxic baking sheets.

I'm glad I got this. I didn't realize how large the large baking sheet is, so this is nice to also have one size down so I have options.
