Caraway Home 9.13' Nonstick Ceramic Rectangle Pan

I'm in love with this casserole pan so much that I bought a 2nd one! The nonstick ceramic is top notch, of course. I'm careful to follow the care instructions to NOT USE SPRAY OIL; I only do a light rub with a stick of butter. I've made several different types of meals (like lasagna, Mexican casserole, etc.) and side-dish casseroles in this dish, & the cleanup is always SUPER easy. I also appreciate the heavy weight of the pan -- it feels very high quality/substantial, and I expect this to be the last casserole pan I'll ever need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two uses and careful babying and washing, the bottom of my navy pans have already chipped a little. I deliberately got darker pans thinking they’d be easier to clean but now wonder if I should’ve gotten lighter ones! They also take a little longer to bake than my old pans but those were thinner.

We purchased three pans and three baking sheets in the slate color, and we absolutely love them. We use the pans almost daily, and the ceramic non-stick surface performs wonderfully—food releases easily, and cleanup is a breeze. However, we've noticed that the exterior scratches quite easily.We handle the pans with care—at least as gently as one can while cooking—and even go the extra mile by placing a piece of felt between them during storage to protect the ceramic interior. Despite these precautions, we've still ended up with scratches on the exterior.Overall, we're happy with our purchase, but in hindsight, I would have preferred a bare metal exterior. The scratches would blend in better and be less noticeable, as I expect them to become more pronounced with continued use.
