[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had these pans a few weeks, but I have put my cast iron away, except for one seared steak. These just outperform cast iron so far. They heat quickly, don’t stick, have even temps; they just bring back the joy in cooking. Time will tell how they hold up, but my initial reactions are incredibly positive.

Amazing cookware!

The heat was very uniform & the cleanup was amazing. I used to use an older stainless steel pan which was a big cleanup. I am looking forward to using the rest of my cookware set.

The pans clean up in seconds, no scraping or scrubbing required; just a spray of dish cleaner and a swipe with a soft brush! I regret waiting so long to get rid of my old teflon (yikes) and get these!! I got the Navy and it's a beautiful color. Can't wait to buy more of the collection. :)

I love cooking with these pots and pans.

I'm very disappointed in how long the nonstick coating lasted. We followed all of the instructions including cooking only on medium heat. Ultimately the nonstick coating only lasted 1 year. Even using oil/butter, cooking an egg results in a sticky mess now. I don't recommend these pans.
