A: We highly recommend hand washing over dishwasher usage! Dishwasher detergents tend to have harsh ingredients that can aid in the rapid deterioration of the nonstick coating.

A: Our longer-handled cookware, such as the Sauté Pan, Fry Pan, and Sauce Pan all have a notch a few inches up the handle. This notch designates at what point the handle should stay cool enough to grab with bare hands. Extended use could cause that warmth to increase slightly further up the handle, but it would not for nearly all regular meals and recipes!

I’m so disappointed in my pan. We used as directed. Low heat, correct utensils, hand washing, oil when needed, and I cannot even cook eggs anymore. This pan was a complete waste of money. With only getting a few months out of it, I felt compelled to write a review.

I really wanted to love these pans but the quality is so poor. I've had them for less than a year, they don't fit well on a gas stove top, and the ceramic is already chipping (we use only wood cooking utensils). When sharing feedback with Caraway, they didn't respond. I hope they can get better quality in the future but it's not there for the price for me.

Extras work only if you store your pans in a cupboard, and I have drawers. I would have been nice to choose different options, say utensils instead. Also I would have liked the option to have glass lids.

It’s everything and more in description of their use and easy cleanup. I purposely purchased dish washing drying racks x 2 to make sure they are hand washed due to the investment made on them! They clean up seamlessly!
