Carl Martin decided it was time to reintroduce the sounds from '60s and '70s rock backs with the PlexiRanger pedal to bring back classic rock effects. Some of the most popular amplifier set-ups were often with multi-speaker cabinets. Players now and back in the day cared for their signature sounds on stage and in the studio with these rigs, and in order to deal with the overpowering bottom end, they made use of The Treble Booster. Carl Martin added a gain channel along with the boost channel for a one-of-a-kind effects pedal, increasing sound for a classic tune.
