Positive Bulletin Board
Love the colors and positive words. I plan to add a few to my affirmation wall. This is great for older classrooms
I like the concept of this but this just didn't work out for me because I feel like younger students wouldn't understand all of the big words used in this set. Add around a mirror or door!
These are perfect for around a mirror, on a classroom door or to add to a bulletin board in your classroom. Students can read the motivational quotes and hopefully remember they are special. Beautiful and uplifting display
These have been great for teaching my students some fantastic vocabulary that is motivational and empowering. We have been using one word a day and giving each other affirmations. Choose your affirmation!
Okay, so while I love the way this set looks displayed on a door... I really want my students to be more engaged with these words. So I am thinking about having students choose one of the words and stick it to their desk. They will be choosing a word that they will work on or try to be more of that day. They can leave the same word on their desk for as long as they'd like... or they can switch it up regularly. I just feel like this way, my first graders will have more intentional exposure to big words and affirmations that they wouldn't necessarily have otherwise.
