Okay, so while I love the way this set looks displayed on a door... I really want my students to be more engaged with these words. So I am thinking about having students choose one of the words and stick it to their desk. They will be choosing a word that they will work on or try to be more of that day. They can leave the same word on their desk for as long as they'd like... or they can switch it up regularly. I just feel like this way, my first graders will have more intentional exposure to big words and affirmations that they wouldn't necessarily have otherwise.
