Casa Sanchez Foods will never compromise in following Papa Sanchez's motto of only using the purest, freshest ingredients in any Medium Salsa Roja container displaying his name. Salsa is said to have originated from the Conquistadors and Aztecs by combining tomatoes with peppers in the early 1500's and we hold true to that authenticity today. Based on a 3 generation recipe from Zacatecas, Mexico, we proudly continue this tradition today and always.
