The Casabella Sink Sider Duo with Sponge - Comes in two colors: Black or White (sold separetely) with chrome plating. The perfect dispenser for either dish soap or hand soap in your kitchen. The sink sider is easy to refill and can be operated with one hand. The sink sider includes a built in compartment for sponge or brush storage. Bottles are easily removed for cleaning. Love it but
Great design, great look but after a year or two, the tube connecting the reservoire to the pump dried out and broke and one of the 2 dispenser is unusable. I would paie more for better plastic pieces, this is not extreme condition explaining why it would break. planned obsolescence

Disappointing
The description of the sink sider referenced “chrome,” when but the trim is chrome colored plastic. I kept it because I liked the convenience of both pumps. However, the pump for the dish soap broke after only a few months of use. (We are a two person household and it got gentle use.) I hesitated to make the purchase because of the price, and now I am sorry I did. Having liked the utility of the item, I would pay twice as much for a quality product. This is not that item.

Pump Hose Failure
After about a year, soap started to poor out of the cover. Took it apart and discovered the hose came off. Unrepairable and no parts.

Not reliable
This is my second one. First one went bad and now this one (same problem). The soap starts to seep through the sides of the hand during pump action. Not reliable.

Great….except!
This is my 2nd one. Love how it fits into my kitchen…except the dishwasher dispenser starts to form BLUE soap just below the pump handle…and the soap is not even blue, it’s white! I clean it all the time and it keeps happening! Can’t begin to understand how this happens. I threw out the first one after about 6 months because I thought it was broken. Same thing happened to this one too!

Broke after about 1-1/2 years use
Was working fine until the hand soap dispenser suddenly stopped working. Following a difficult disassembly of the pumping mechanism, I found the hose leading to the dispenser was broken. Looks like an irritating repair.

Great pumps for next to sink.
I've had this for years and love it in my kitchen. I bought a new one because my husband man handled the top when going to refill and broke the push lever. I had my previous one for 7 years and it definitely would've lasted 7 more at least.

Best kitchen soak dispenser I have owned
Purchased over a year ago and just love the way it works and has both hand and dish soap. Purchased another for my daughter. One complaint only, the stand fills with water and begins to smell. It must be cleaned at least once a week.

Not durable
I like this product. It made my kitchen look organized. However, the tube inside of the soap dispenser is not durable. It had a crick on the tube after using the dispenser about 1 year. I tried to buy a new one to replace the broken one. It was broken again with the same issue.

Nice product but it didn't last long
After about a year, one of the pumps broke and now the whole unit is garbage because they don't sell replacement parts. Too much plastic waste. Also water pools inside the unit and requires constant cleaning. I would not recommend this product. Keep your soap pumps simple.
