My hostel popped within three weeks of purchase I sent it in for a new one and you guys sent me this clear thing that I don’t mean the case for the iPhone 13 I need the holster and I’m not a satisfied customer can you please make this right

Replacement Cover
My original Tough Clear- IPhone 13 Pro Max case warped and was too loose to adequately protect my phone. Case Mate honored my warranty. I just had to pay shipping costs.

Does not fit both phones as labeled
DOES NOT FIT IPHONE 13 max. That label needs to be removed. The camera opening is fine but the corners did not fit as they should which tells me the 13 pro max is slightly bigger and the cases are not interchangeable with the 12 max

Misleading stock photos, case is uneven
I have always used clear Casemate cases for my iPhones, so when I ordered my iPhone 13 Pro Max I also ordered this clear tough case. What I received is a clear case that has 3 raised corners (almost like table legs), but nothing on the corner where the camera is. This results in the camera case not sitting level on a flat surface, which is incredibly annoying. The stock photos do not show these raised edges. I am rating this product as one star because of the uneven case and the misrepresentation of the stock photos Casemate used for this item. I would not have purchased this model if the “table legs” were clearly shown.
