This is second case I had and back of cover it is try to peel off. I love my case but quality is not long lasting for cost I paid for it.

Good Protection But Didn't Last
This case is the burst of color I was looking for and it has Case Mate's great protection. I switch this case out with many others I have so although I've owned it a while, I've only used it for approx. 3 weeks total. The beautiful color plate that is on the OUTSIDE of the phone has popped off and can't be fixed. Now I have a clear case, which is not what I wanted or paid for. Too bad.

Case broke easily
I dropped my phone once from a short height and the colored part popped off within a couple days of receiving the case so now the case is clear because the watercolor part was not durable or strong enough to resist small falls.
