Q: After this device is active in Total by Verizon for at least 60 days of active service, how long does it take to process and get the phone unlocked?

Q: Can I use this phone as soon as o get it with out buying a plan. Can I just use it on WiFi? I know on other prepaid phones you don’t need to activate it. Do I have to activate this one to use it?

Q: Is the phone unlocked? Can I use my own SIM card from another carrier?
