This item must be returned within 30 days of the date it was purchased in store, delivered to the guest, delivered by a Shipt shopper, or picked up by the guest.
The throw is thick and well made. It is 50% cashmere not 100 as stated on the website. I ordered two and one was sent in the wrong color or the teal is vastly different from the color on the website. It took 8 days and a lot of texting and phone calls to get it delivered. The customer service team was pleasant and helpful. Definitely would work for most just not for my clients
