A: Hi there! We do not suggest using a traditional box spring as it does not provide the proper support for our mattresses and will cause sagging over time. We suggest using our Casper foundation or one like it that provides slats that are no more than 4" apart.

A: Great question, as with any mattress, you will want to exercise caution when using a heating pad as it can cause damage if left unattended. In the event of an accident, your Casper is equipped with a firesock to protect you and your home. That being said, it is perfectly fine to use these items with your Casper mattress.
