A: Hi there! We do not suggest using a traditional box spring as it does not provide the proper support for our mattresses and will cause sagging over time. We suggest using our Casper foundation or one like it that provides slats that are no more than 4" apart.

Q: Hi. During the winter, I use twin sized electric heating pad/ thermo pad and was wondering if casper mattress is safe to use with heated pad/blankets.

A: Great question, as with any mattress, you will want to exercise caution when using a heating pad as it can cause damage if left unattended. In the event of an accident, your Casper is equipped with a firesock to protect you and your home. That being said, it is perfectly fine to use these items with your Casper mattress.

So it's been 3 years since I purchased my mattress. Did it on a whim having never slept on a foam mattress and it's been incredible. Rotate it once a month and there's no signs of wear. I'll never purchase a mattress from another brand. Comfort can be dependent on your size so mileage may vary (I'm 125lbs for context). Highly recommend this bed.

Only the center of each side of the mattress has expanded causing it to look very very deformed. Once again, mattress has been open and expanding for over a week now and has not fully expanded

Very disappointed. Poor quality. Let it sit for 24 hours, and the mattress only rose to a little over 9 inches. Bounces around a lot. Doesn’t stay put on the bed foundation. Worst mattress I’ve purchased to date. Worse than the cheaper mattress that I replaced. Super light. Feels like pillow Fiber instead of a hybrid mattress
