Catalina Crunch Snack Mix - 5.25oz

The traditional mix is so good I could eat the whole bag in one sitting. The cheddar blend is terrible, nothing how you would imagine and has an awful aftertaste.

Why did you have to put inflammatory oils on the nuts? You took a wonderful, raw nut and roasted inflammatory oils into them! So disappointed to see this! This could have been a halfway decent snack, minus the corn maltodextrin and a few other ingredients, for those of us who watch what we eat, “ingredient” wise, not just “label” wise!! As a kid, which I am far from now, I loved good Chex mix type snack but haven’t eaten one for years bc of how horrible the seasonings and ingredients are. I actually got a little excited when I first saw this. But no cottonseed or canola oil for me! I could live with the Sunflower and maltodextrin and other usual suspect seasonings, as a compromise, but no to inflammatory oils in the biggest source of protein and yumminess! You were so close, for my liking anyway! But kudos on seeing the need for a cleaner product and more marketing deception to those who don’t know what Ingredients to watch for.

I’m extremely disappointed with the new recipe. It’s tasteless, has a cereal-like consistency and barely has any pretzels and nuts. I won’t be buying anymore unless the original recipe returns.

yummy. and good protein to calorie ration

I used to get this as a “treat” for when I traveled. It was so good and felt special. Unfortunately this new recipe is incredibly disappointing, everything that made it special is gone. Almost no nuts, just cereal and soy bits. I used to search it out, but now I won’t be buying again.

Very tasty, has a good spicy kick but had only 1 pretzel in the entire bag. The fact that the prices are different depending on the flavor is honestly very ridiculous imo.

Do not like the new formulation. It's mostly shaped crackers that are very dry and grainy, very few nuts or pretzels. Very disappointed. I used to go through 2-3 bags per week. Will not be buying this any more.

The new recipe is horrible. It's all soy puffs now with barely any nuts and pretzels. No clue why you changed it other than to try and save money. Big mistake as I'm sure your sales are going to go down. Personally I won't be buying these again with this change and I was a frequent buyer as well as recommended these to my clients as a health coach, no more will I do that as this now feels like cheap processed food.

Highly priced and lacking flavor. The texture is nice and crunchy and the best part were the nuts.

I thought this would be a nice little snack, as it’s labeled high protein, low sugar. How in the world this ever got five stars from anyone is BEYOND me. Even my husband wouldn’t eat it and he’s like a raccoon in a dumpster - that man will eat anything. Expensive too! Don’t buy it

The ranch flavor could not hide the protein flavor. Unpleasant aftertaste.

I’ve been buying Catalina Crunch for years because it promised bold flavor and satisfying texture. But this new Traditional Snack Mix recipe is a flop. The texture not only visually looks different it feels stale, like it’s been sitting out too long, and the flavor is barely there, a shadow of what it used to be. For the price, I expect quality. If this is the new standard, I’ll be looking elsewhere. Don’t assume loyal customers won’t walk away when the product stops delivering.

I have been buying this snack mix for years. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? This is no longer keto and does not taste the same. Have you ever heard the saying: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it "? The Catalina Crunch Spicy is very tasty. I loved it. I was reviewing the reviews and couldn't tell if they separate reviews by flavor because most complaints are about the cheese. I personally loved it

This new recipe is awful. Two pretzels in the entire bag and about 5 cashews. Removing the walnuts was a huge mistake they were the best part. Now it’s full of cereal and these soy puffs that have a terrible aftertaste. I will never purchase again. This use to be my favorite snack.

This new recipe is a total disappointment compared to the last version that had lots of nuts and pecans. Now its like eating dried cereal that has no taste.
