Gluten free savior

Soooo delicious. I am recently gluten free so I just tried these for the first time and I thought they were the bomb. Other reviewers seem to have liked the old recipe better but I never tasted that one to know a difference so I’m thrilled to have some spicy chicken gluten free.
Taste/quality is good, value not so much

Everyone is complaining about the new recipe, but it is actually better than the old one imo, it’s strictly personal preference. The old recipe had a cauliflower taste to it that this one doesn’t. And it’s a very solid GF option, as there are not a ton of those. The chicken is good quality, no chewy parts or veins, breading is slightly spicy and works with ranch dip. The downside is it’s pretty pricey, most the pieces are small (as in a few inches at the most), so definitely not actual tender size. The serving size is 2 tenders, with 4.5 servings. There is nowhere near 9 tenders in the package. Maybe 9 random pieces.
Tastes good, but fat and gristle are an issue

I have loved other versions of this brand. But I was really disappointed to pick these up yesterday and discover one whole tender was inedible. It was full of a lot of gristle and fat. When there are only a few in the bag, this is a big waste. I'm super disappointed because I expected top quality for the price. I'm hoping the next ones I cook aren't like this!

BRING BACK OLD RECIPE

The new recipe is terrible. I relied on this convenience item heavily before the recipe change. I have celiac and loved the old recipe! The new one is gross, it’s mushy and what is with the new log shape? I get a chewy mechanical texture now it’s truly disgusting.
Too spicy. Very dry.

Was really looking forward to these since I always loved the dill pickle, but these were a dry rub kind of spicy and it is not good. I haven’t had the dill since last year so I hope they didn’t change that one too or I will be returning both bags!!

The new recipe is legitimately terrible. The texture, the taste, the nutrition values - it’s all bad.
Changed Recipe - powdery tasting and not good now

Why'd you change the recipe?? My daughter and I LOVED these.. the newest bag is a weird puffy chicken log - and almost too spicy for my dauhgter (Spicy (ish) was a great way to describe old flat recipe). Ugh. disappointed. Gluten Free Sensitive People already barely get good food.. don't change a good thing.

these used to be such an amazing find -- SO much flavor and crispiness in a baked chicken nugget! we just got the new bag with the "new delish recipe" and in addition to being MUCH unhealthier (why would you go from being "the only baked nugget" to fried like 500 other choices on the market??) the flavor is SO MUCH WORSE!!! the breading used to be so flavorful and crispy and now it's so bland and barely any crispiness how you can make it unhealthier, taste worse, and no longer stand out in a competitive market makes zero sense. i'm guessing it's a cost-saving measure of some kind but i will no longer be purchasing these. if i'm going to have a less healthy fried tender, i'll buy one of the many other choies that are available. i hope you decide to reverse this

Bring back the old recipe! The old recipe was amazing tender juicy and spicy. However, the new recipe is awful. The chicken is spicy shoe leather and cardboard.

There is supposed to be 4.5 servings per bag (2 tenders per serving) and I only have 5 tenders in the bag. Definietely didn’t get my moneys worth. There is also now vegetable oil in it.

I did like like these at all. They had a saw dust like texture and the meat was very tough. Looks 10/10. Actual taste, pass.

Yet one more person who is severely disappointed with the new recipe. More fat and calories. Less protein (as a percentage of calories). Thicker breading that doesn't taste any better. The previous recipe was simply fantastic. This change just sucks. Please go back to the old recipe, even if you have to charge more for it!

With multiple dietary restrictions, these were just about the only quick/ oven food that I could eat. I didn't even mind the high prices because it was at least something that wouldn't make me sick. This new recipe is horrible and feels like you've turned your back on your customers. What do we have to do to get the old recipe back?

The updated chicken tenders are terrible! The breading is not the same and falls off the chicken. Some of it remains mushy even after air frying. I loved the original product, but will no longer buy these. Why was it necessary to try to improve a great product?

They were good until they decided to add vegetable oil and natural flavors. New delish recipe is just to save money. Won't be purchasing again. The new bag says nothing about being baked anymore wouldn't be surprised if they're deep-fried now.
You ruined the Spicy Chicken Tenders.

I am very disappointed in the changes in this product. I bought these weekly and now I will not purchase again. The calories went up with more oil added which makes me nauseous and they don’t cook as well and stay mushy. When I cut them the so called crust falls off and sticks to my plate. You ruined a perfectly great product.

This was my favorite! I used to be able to have this, but I have a severe CANOLA OIL allergy, and reacted to the new recipe which is set in "vegetable oil" without telling us what kind. Clearly some Canola made it in to the mystery oil... BRING BACK THE OLD RECIPE!

The new recipe is horrible. The breading falls off and lots of very small pieces in bag. Won’t buy anymore. Pleas bring back old recipe.
