My daughter and I have enjoyed using our egg swing daily for the last few weeks; she says it’s cozy and relaxing. It wasn’t too difficult to assemble, but some nuts were hidden in the “screw covers”, so we thought the set was missing pieces. That process slowed us down a bit, so look really, really thoroughly for the pieces. The quality is not the best, but this time around I wasn’t looking for the best quality as it gets tons of direct sunlight and has to be replaced often. I hope it lasts 1-3 years. Just FYI, the swing is missing the major link on the chain that opens up to clip onto your stand. Thankfully, I had my old clip-on link. Cushions are reasonable, not super thick; just what you’d expect. Overall, I don’t sit in it for hours, so it will do. It’s a fun addition to our garden.

This is one part mea culpa and one part caveat emptor. If I’d known this required assembly I probably would have chosen another product, but the price hooked me (on sale for Memorial Day). If you get this, I really recommend you use a 1/4 ratchet with a 10mm socket. There are 16 bolts with lock nuts and it’ll take you an hour using that little supplied wrench and Allen wrench. The plastic bolt caps may not fit all the bolts because some bolts may be too long (in other words the bolt caps are too shallow for those bolts that connect at narrower parts of the chair where the bolt will stick farther through the nut). That said, once together the chair feels pretty sturdy and the supplied cushions are comfortable and give good support up to an average height person’s shoulders or so.

Ordered this for the patio but my niece has been enjoying it indoors instead. It’s not the nicest looking hanging chair on the market but it is one of the better priced chairs. Assembly was easy. Hoping it holds up against the sun.
