Perhaps too soon to state with certainty but I’ve recently received my order and have worn these Achilles socks twice for two over 3 miles walk. Only once have I experienced a bit of discomfort walking up an incline, which I believe will improve over time. Otherwise, the socks greatly supported me and I had little to no post pain after the walk and throughout the day. I’ve been having an Achilles problem for nearly two years now, so I am really very pleased with my purchase. One word of advice: Measure your ankle properly to ensure the best fit. Previously I ordered socks that were too small for the area just above the ankle, and this caused general discomfort to my lower calves as the compression is top.
