Terracotta Textured Witch Decorative Sculpture - Hyde and EEK! Boutique™ Black

I was so excited to buy these online because I coulldn’t find them at my local Target. So when they finally arrived, I was excited, then disappointed, then upset. Packing of the items was terrible for something so fragile. It’s terracotta for goodness sake. Use better packing material to protect anything that can easily break. Needless to say, both witches arrived broken. I’m so disappointed. I can return them and get my money back, but I’d rather have them replaced with new ones but we know that isn’t going to happen. 🙄😢. Come on Target, do better.

This was a big disappointment on targets warehouse. Arrived broken with no impact protection just being tossed around during shipping. I’ve been waiting to get this and this is what I get. This isn’t the first time where packing wasn’t done properly and items arrive to me damaged. Would think they would have common sense when sending out fragile items to customers. Placing deflated plastic isn’t doing the job.

This witch was chipped at the hat , I don’t want the hassle of returning it so I’ll try and to fix.

Just as cute as the smaller version! I was very lucky to have received her in one piece. The brown sheet of paper inside the box was of no help to prevent breakage. The smaller one was shipped the same way. I was very lucky both of mine were not broken. From the reviews a LOT of people weren’t so lucky. Target needs to get with their Omni operations team and train associates on how to properly package fragile/breakable items. Christmas shipping is going to be a nightmare! All those fragile items being shipped will not survive. Target do you all even read the reviews???

Not as cute as if imagined. And I ordered both the large one and small one and both were damaged upon arrival. Not packaged well at all.

Love this piece! She’s an elegant addition to my collection.

They have a slight green tone. I ended up spray painting them with flat black. I prefer them that way. See photos for comparison. I painted the small one in the images. These are nice quality, heavy.

This is a delightful, simple witch statue but I don’t know why Target can’t get it together when shipping breakables. Mine was wrapped pretty well in paper & tape but putting it in its own fitted box would have been better. Hope you make more of these.

Love the texture and classic style of this! Ordered both sizes, intended to only keep one, but they’re so good that I’ll be keeping both!

Luckily mine arrived intact and was wrapped properly. I know improperly packaging is a real concern. It ends up being a waste for everyone and disappointing for the customer. I plan to personalize mine with some gold accents 🦇⭐️🌚

Has nice weight and arrived perfectly packed. So happy to find witch figurines! I had been waiting for a while. This witch has a spark to it. Love it! will be buying a few more for my halloween party.

Was shipped in box without any packaging and of course was delivered broken in pieces. Confused how fragile items are not packaged correctly for shipping.
