I have “normal” skin and have been using different Aveeno products on my face for almost 20 years. I decided to try this foaming face wash for a change and I may have found a new favorite! I love the thicker consistency, I love the way it foams on the face, and I love that it is unscented. I do feel that my face is fresh and clean afterwards, however no more or less fresh and clean than any Aveeno products. I also like the simplistic shape of the packaging and the pump is nice. A little pump does go a long way! I will definitely continue to use this! I do not wear makeup so I can’t comment on if it removes makeup well.

I started using this in my teens (im 36) and stopped using it maybe 6 years ago as it is tested on animals and im going in a different direction product wise, but the product worked wonders for me in the past. Super gental, gave me clear skin and no strong smell.

I’ve been using this cleanser for years and it always delivers. It can remove makeup (make sure to rub it in for a while), and can be used to double cleanse without drying out your skin. It’s great for sensitive skin as well.

I got this cleanser for Christmas and use it in the morning. I have used it for a few months and it has helped with my oily skin. But, it is very thick, sticky, and hard to get off. It was very effective but I prefer thin cleansers over thick. The only thing I would improve would be the thickness problem, but if you like it thick, I would suggest buying it! 2/3/22

This cleanser is the perfect basic cleanser for my combination oily acne prone skin. It doesn’t strip my skin, and it is no problem to layer serums, moisturizers, sunscreens, and makeup over. It can be a little harsh if your skin is in a sensitized state (sunburn, over exfoliated, etc). When your skin’s moisture barrier is compromised, I recommend switching to the hydrating cleanser from CeraVe. Otherwise, I love this and use it every day.
