What happened
This used to be my go to. It used to remove makeup and clean your face. Now it just leaves a weird film feel and dirt is still left on.

Perfect cleanser for dry, ashy skin.
This cleanser has helped my son’s skin tremendously. He has eczema spots and super dry skin. This has brought him so much relief without leaving a film. Also, it is very affordable and one bottle last forever. This is a MUST HAVE in our home.

Good luck with getting the pump to work
Perhaps the product is good. Pump is crap doesn't work despite a long time of following instructions on the top. Thankfully I had a lid I could replace it with. Last time I'll buy that.

This is my go to daily facial cleanser and I absolutely love it. I suffer with hormonal acne and this helps to soothe and hydrate my face but it is gentle on my areas that need extra care. No fragrance which is ideal, the application is great and my face feels so clean after every wash

A winter staple
Super hydrating cleanser. It’s great for dry skinned girlies like myself in the winter. It does a great job at keeping my face hydrated on really dry, cold, windy days. However, there are a few cons. It doesn’t lather, which throws me off a bit. It isn’t the greatest at removing any leftover makeup so just make sure you double cleanse.
