A good, cost-effective choice!
CeraVe’s hand cream was a good option at the time to combat my dry skin. However, living in Canada, it wasn’t sufficient in keeping my hands moisturized over time. It has a thinner consistency than I like, which resulted in me having to re-apply often. That being said, this cream would work better for those who have mildly dry skin or want to re-hydrated after washing their hands!

Great Product!
This past year I started getting eczema on my hands, which has caused my hands to dry during these cold months. It has helped my eczema clear up and has helped with my dry hands. Definitely recommend!

Makes MORE dry, not less
I love Cerave and use a lot of products from them. This hand cream is watery and absolutely makes my hand MORE dry than they ever were before. I’m not sure which ingredient is drying but my hands feel awful after using this. Would not recommend.

I’ve been using the CeraVe Therapeutic Hand Cream, and I have to say, it really impressed me. My hands get dry and irritated pretty easily, especially with all the handwashing I do, and most creams either feel greasy or don’t last long. This one absorbs quickly, doesn’t leave a sticky film, and actually makes my skin feel softer and stronger. I like that it’s fragrance-free and gentle, so it doesn’t irritate my skin. After a few days of using it regularly, I noticed my hands stayed moisturized for longer and felt less rough. It’s not a heavy balm, so if your hands are really cracked you might need to reapply, but for everyday dryness it works perfectly. The only downside is the tube isn’t huge—I wish it came in a bigger size because I’m already reaching for it constantly. Still, it’s become my go-to hand cream, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something effective but lightweight.

Not as thick as I’d like it, definitely feel like we need a thick handcream, not a loose hand cream. I’d give it a 3 out of 10. No strong scent, which is nice for a person who is fragrance free.

Just like most of the cera ve products, it's very nice and feels comfortable. I like the packaging. The box was sturdy that it came in, too, tells you a lot about the thing inside. The lotion and hand cream feels really good on my skin and has improved a lot of my texture, and my skin feels really hydrated.

Best Hand Cream
I was able to finally purchase this great hand cream at the end of winter and I so wish i could have purchased it sooner. It is fantastic! I'm 67 years old and my hands are very dry, especially during the winter so I always apply hand cream before bed. This therapeutic hand cream is wonderful! When you wake up you can still feel this cream on your hands like a coating unlike other hand creams I have tried. Even when I wash my hand first thing in the morning I can feel the coating on my hands and it's protection. Please do not stop making this product.

I have extremely dry hands as a result of frequent hand washing while working in the healthcare field. My hands are usual very red at the knuckles and between the fingers and patches of dry skin on the tops. I have tried so many different things over the last 2 years and have yet to find anything that helps 100%. I was hopeful with this lotion, however it's just ok. I use it probably 5-6 times a day or more, and have noticed minimal improvement. It says non greasy, and while that is true- I think for my dry skin, a thicker lotion is needed. Overall it's fine. But I don't think i would purchase or use again for what I'm needing help with. Pictured are my hands are consistent use for almost 2 weeks.
