A: Hi Cindy! This scrub is gentle enough to use daily, however, a lot of people choose to use the regular cleanser daily, and the scrub every 2-3 days if their skin is more sensitive. Hope this helps!

This is a nice cleanser soap to use everyday. I keep it in my shower and use it everyday, and every time I shower. Sometimes twice a day. I like that it is gentle but it also gets all the dirt and sweat off my face.

It is extremely gentle for my sensitive skin, especially after a laser treatment I had done a few weeks back. I use it just about every day, a little goes a long way, and I very much enjoy the fragrance. It’s very subtle and lovely. I highly recommend this product.

Cerave and Cetaphil were recommend by dermatologist to compliment my current skincare regimen of retinol and antibiotics. Retinol cause peeling that I’d hope to solve with the use of this scrub. Sadly, someone decided that it was smart to add fragrance to this face wash and it burns. If you have sensitive skin or are using retinol products I don’t recommend this wash for you.

This is amazing! I like how there are still scrub beads but they are very small and gentle. I stopped using physical exfoliants for a while and I can’t remember why. My skin is so clear and smooth. I think this is fine. It’s definitely very gentle and I haven’t had any sort of negative reaction to it. I use it every 2 or 3 days. It doesn’t clear blackheads as well as a scrub like St. Ives, but it’s much less abrasive. I hate the smell though.
