About this item
Highlights
- Only at Target
- ABOUT TINY VINYL: These 4-inch records are as real as it gets — just tiny! Tiny Vinyl is a new pocket-sized way to enjoy your favorite artists. They hold one song on each side, and play on most manual turntables*.
- BETTER FOR THE EARTH: Tiny Vinyl is always made using renewable resources and uses just 1/10th the material of a full-size record.
- *Tiny Vinyl plays best on manual turntables. Playback may be limited on automatic players that cannot disable auto-stop, or that have tonearms that cannot reach close to center.

Q: can you play these on standard record players?
A: Yes, the manufacturer states they can be played on *most* manual players at 33rpm speed. Not sure if you would have to adjust size, like 12" or 7".
submitted bykmw625 - 2 months agoA: These records should play on any manual turntables that can play records at 33 1/3 rpm. However, due to these records being only 4" in diameter, it may not work with auto start/stop turntables.
submitted byInfectEd Heart - 16 days agoA: It likely won't play if your turntable has auto-stop.

Q: does this vinyl play on a record player or a CD player
A: Target says: "Real records. Just tiny. Fresh off the (small) press—Tiny Vinyl is fully functional"
submitted byMixyDixie - 3 months agoA: This brand specifically makes them to be able to play on 33 rmp on a regular vinyl record player!

Q: Didn't these used to be called "singles"? Uses 1/10 of the material, but holds 1/5th the songs and is half the price of the full record? Hmmm.
A: IKR? LP size "singles" are the way to go if ur dreaming of becoming a DJ. Tiny Vinyl's are a rip off kids, so save ur allowance.
