I do not recommend this company whatsoever, or their products. I purchased their reusable swim diapers with the intent to use their swim diapers for my toddler all summer long. After carefully following all of the care instructions on the label, as well as allowing the diaper to dry after each swim session, the diaper has started to grow mold all throughout the inside lining. This diaper has been used 6, maybe 7 times since I purchased it. I feel that this is unacceptable for a product used so few times, and at this price point for a swim diaper, I should have been able to use it all summer long with no issues. The diaper did not sit wet for a long period of time. It was properly allowed to dry out between each swim session. Now I am stuck with a product that must be thrown away. What a waste of money. I called customer service and was basically told there is nothing they can do. I was told that their swim diaper is just like every other item in my home that could potentially grow mold. Excuse me? No other clothing items in my home are growing mold, only this product. I have never had an issue with any clothing growing any amount of mold in my home. Customer service did not seem to care about my concerns. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I will never purchase another product from this company.
