Wish I never bought this kind. I can't even wipe properly without it ripping so I have to use more tissue to to clean myself.

Charmin Ultra Soft truly lives up to its name. The quality is top-notch, and it's undeniably ultra soft, providing a level of comfort that makes every use feel a bit more luxurious. You can really tell the difference compared to other brands; there's no scratchiness or flimsiness here. It's also incredibly safe from tearing, which is a huge plus, especially if you've experienced those dreaded "accidents" with thinner papers. This Charmin keeps you worry-free! My only minor quibble, and what keeps it from a perfect five-star rating, is that it's a tad bit thick. I used to joke that it was like wiping with a blanket because I was so accustomed to thinner toilet papers. While that initial adjustment took a moment, the peace of mind knowing you won't tear through makes the slight thickness a worthwhile trade-off. If you prioritize comfort and security, Charmin Ultra Soft is an excellent choice.

So. Much. Lint. I’ve been using this product for a few years and recently even just blowing my nose leaves so much lint all over my face, let alone using it after using the restroom. Even just ripping some off creates a storm of lint particles in the air. Also, I’m going through mega roll packages much faster than I used to, and nothing has changed on my end. This has been an ongoing thing for a few months so it’s not a one-off. This product used to be great so it’s sad to see the quality has gone down.

While the paper is soft it is a mess maker/clean up with lint and leftover paper on your parts after using. I would not recommend this product.

I have been buying this because I like the toilet paper and really like the look of the scalloped edge. However, it is a lot more expensive than other brands and it is pretty disappointing when you spend the extra money and get 30 rolls with no perforations AT ALL. No scalloped edge, no edge in the entirety of 30 rolls.

I like Charmin for the feel and the use. What I don't like is the fact that the "Mega Roll" is now just a regular roll of toilet paper. Not sure what the company is thinking but we the people can tell that they are no longer the same size as they were 3 years ago. The biggest tell for me was I had to squish real mega rolls into my toilet paper holder and then all of a sudden they fit with over an inch of room to fit. So stop lying to us and either make them big again or make them cheaper.

In my opinion, Charmin Ultra Soft Mega Roll is super plush and comfortable. I like that it lasts longer, so I don’t have to change the roll as often. It feels gentle and soft, which is a big plus for me.

I have bought the Charmin Ultra Soft several times now. the 1st couple of times they tear was nice and even. Now the last 2 purchases the tear is no different than the other Charmin products. Very disapointed.

The new easy tear is glued to two rounds of toilet paper and it never pulls off without pulling off two whole rounds of toilet paper. I hate the new Charman easy tire . It does not work right Bring back the old toilet paper. It’s easier to pull. It doesn’t pull off two whole rounds of toilet paper.

I bought the 9 roll pack and out of the 9 rolls, only one of the rolls was normal! Towards the end of the roll the paper was all zig zagged and fell off the roll. A rip off for the cost of this item. Always have been a Charmin user, but no more!

You’ve lowered quality in the inside diameter of the roll has gotten larger so you’re giving us less. I understand price increase, but the lower quality is unforgivable

I am a toilet paper SNOB . I have always bought Charmin for its quality and feel even though it was more expensive than other good brands. I put it in my guest bathroom and was embarrassed by the quality of the multipack I bought. Almost every roll had cut edges and most of it had overlapping layers throughout.it was awful !! Why pay more money when the quality is not there, I was going to attach photos but didn’t see how I could.

I really like your toilet paper. I really do not like the new wavy tearing system. It does not work. Not only does it not work, it creates more toilet paper dust and leaves little pieces that get stuck on my netherregoins. I would really find it helpful if you would go back to the straight line perforations. In the meantime, I will be buying another brand.

We appreciate you reaching out about this, Deb. We want to roll out smoothly, and this is why we updated Charmin Ultra Soft to roll out a bit differently. Our Smooth Tear was intentionally designed for how people actually dispense. Although people do dispense all different ways, they typically are not pulling straight down on the sheet, but multi-directionally at an angle. The angled perforations are now aligned with the angled dispensing direction, which results in needing less force to dispense the sheet, vs dispensing the straight-edged sheet. We're very sorry that this isn't what you experienced when using our smooth tear perforation. Rolling out our best is important to us, which is why we have multiple strict quality controls in place. Charmin Ultra Strong is still a great option if you'd like the traditional perforation, and we also have a softer version with lotion called Charmin Ultra Gentle available as well.
